The technology stays invisible — only the comfort shows
A smart home is not a set of gadgets but direction: pre-designed scenarios in which light, climate, curtains, media and security act as one. One touch of «Evening» or «Away» — and the whole house reconfigures. The whole family controls it: from a wall keypad, phone or by voice — and more often the house does everything itself.
A good smart home is invisible. You do not think about technology — you simply live, and the house adapts to you.

02 — Why in the design
The infrastructure is laid before the renovation
The main mistake is to «add a smart home» after the renovation, out of wireless gadgets. They conflict, drop connection and go out of date. We design the smart home together with the electrics and services: we lay the cable routes, the server and switchboard rooms, and choose a wired backbone standard (KNX and compatible). Then the system works for decades — reliably, invisibly, and always ready to expand.
