Architecture practice
A full-cycle architecture practice in Moscow
Oleg Reznikov Studio is an architecture practice that has been designing private houses and residences in Moscow and the region since 1992. Commissioning a house project here means receiving a complete, coordinated set — concept, schematic and working design, structural and MEP documentation — before construction begins.
The design of a country house begins with the site and the family's way of life, not with a catalogue façade. Every project in the portfolio is one of a kind. The design fee depends on the size and complexity of the house; scope and schedule are agreed at the first meeting at the studio.

Frequently asked questions
What does the architectural project include?
A complete set: concept, schematic design, working documentation, structural and MEP sections — coordinated before construction starts, with designer supervision through to completion.
How much does the design cost?
The fee depends on the size and complexity of the house — every project is bespoke. Scope, schedule and price are agreed after the first meeting at the studio.
Can I commission the design only, without construction?
Yes. The best result, however, comes from the full cycle; with an external contractor we recommend at least designer supervision.
Where does the work start?
With the site and the family's way of life: terrain, orientation, views and context come before layouts and façades.
