The full cycle: from the excavation to the furnishing. The people who drew your house carry it through to the keys — one budget, one contract, one party responsible. We select proven contractors for each stage and lead them ourselves: you never reconcile the designer with the site foreman or look for someone to blame — we answer for the result.

We carry to the keys what we designed
In 30 years the studio has not only designed but also carried most of its 200+ residences through to the keys. We are architects, and we lead the build as the project's author: for each stage we select proven contractors with experience and a clear reputation, while keeping the management, supervision and responsibility for the result to ourselves. You take on no organising or supervision — we hand over a house ready for life.
Between a beautiful project and a built house lies the construction. We lead it ourselves — so we never draw the unbuildable and answer for every joint not on paper but in stone.

02 — One author
Design and build in one pair of hands
When one company designs and another builds, a gap opens between them where money, time and quality leak away: the builder «simplifies» the project, the designer shrugs. With us, the project's author stays the author on site too: we lead the contractors we selected for your house ourselves. There is no one to pass the blame to — and no reason to.

From the foundation to a finished house
We lead every stage of the build by the project and sign it off by act: the monolith, walls, roof, facade, engineering and finishing. Below — the house's path from the slab to the keys.
04 — Quality
Control on every floor and in every joint
A high-end house is set apart not only by its facade but by what is hidden in the walls. We keep a double control — the architect's author supervision and the engineer's technical supervision — and accept hidden works by act, not «by eye».

06 — Turnkey
Not a «shell» but a house ready for life
We do not hand over bare walls. The house receives considered engineering systems, an interior, a smart home and, if desired, a pool, landscaping and furnishing. You move into a finished space rather than starting a new renovation after the build.
