The home is assembled turnkey — without you as a purchasing agent
Procurement is when the project becomes a finished home: we buy furniture, lighting, plumbing and materials to specification, produce to order, run logistics and storage, then place everything as designed. We work directly with Italian factories — and pass the factory discount to you rather than keeping it. All you do is move in.
