01 — What it is
A calm build begins on paper
Before setting foot on the plot, we fix the scope, schedule and cost: the price is transparent and protected from growth «along the way». Then we prepare the site — survey, setting-out of axes, temporary infrastructure and logistics. We are architects and lead the build as the project's author: we select proven contractors for each stage while keeping the responsibility to ourselves.
