A residence in the spirit of dark Art Deco glamour. “Notturno” means nocturne — gold glows in the night, crystal pours from the double-height ceiling, black marble and warm walnut hold the drama of a grand house.
A double-height entrance hall with a grand cascading crystal chandelier, a couture gold-and-black art portrait, a mirrored Art Deco console and a black-and-white geometric marble floor sets the tone for the whole residence. A full large-house circuit: salon, gallery staircase, cocktail bar, dining room, piano hall, cinema, bedrooms (including a child’s), powder room, study, a spa with a large pool, sauna and hammam, a lift hall with a cabin. Fluted walnut, black marble, abundant gold and crystal — dramatic, formal, expensive.

The reverse view
From the reverse point the depth of the hall opens up: the black-and-white star of the marble floor carries the gaze to the curve of the grand staircase, mirrors and gold multiply the crystal light — Art Deco at its full formal power.
Couture art, walnut, marble
The luxury reads in the details: a couture gold-and-black art portrait above the mirrored console, fluted walnut and gold, gold-veined black marble and the geometry of the marble floor — in the evening all of it comes alive with gold light.
Salon, staircase, bar, dining, piano
The hall opens the formal half of the house: the salon, the gallery staircase, the cocktail bar, the dining room and the piano hall sound in a single language of dark Art Deco glamour.

Fluted walnut, black marble and gold, deep sofas and art — a formal sitting zone in the house’s single language.

The curve of the grand staircase with a brass balustrade and a gold mezzanine — the vertical of the house as a formal gesture linking the floors.
Cinema, bedrooms, study, powder room
The private half of the house in the same dark range: the cinema, the bedroom and the child’s room, the study and the powder room — Art Deco glamour continues in the intimate, lived-in zones.

A soft headboard, fluted walnut and gold, black marble accents — a dramatic yet enveloping register of rest.
Pool, sauna, hammam, lift
The engineered luxury of a large house: a spa with a huge pool, a sauna and a hammam, and a private lift hall with a cabin — the whole wellness and technical circuit in a single dark glamour.
