A sofa on a wooden or metal platform base, combining strict geometry with the softness of down cushions.
The Segno Sofa Wood is a variation on the iconic model by Pininfarina, complemented by an expressive platform at the base. This element visually outlines the boundaries of the piece and allows additional textural accents to be arranged in the interior, underlining the architectural quality of the whole composition.
The wooden frame of the sofa is hidden beneath soft upholstery with polyurethane foam filling. The seat cushions are made of non-deforming polyurethane, and the back of down with inserts. The platform of the base may be made of fine woods (Canaletto walnut, dark ash) or have a metal finish (bronze, brass, titanium).
