Storage Scacchi 72
A games table and cabinet with Murano glass legs and a glass top with an integrated chessboard.
Scacchi 72 combines the functions of a games table and a decorative art object. Its key detail is the shaped legs, hand-made from clear Murano glass. The top, with an edge bevelled at 45 degrees, has a built-in chess board in a restrained black and beige palette.
The structure is made of wood with a matt lacquer finish in nero beluga or latte. The glass top is coloured to match the body. Options include legs in coloured Murano glass (black, blue-grey, amber, red, amethyst or tobacco shades), as well as a limited-edition set of hand-made chess pieces.
This piece is created for secluded relaxation areas, libraries or cigar rooms. It quietly marks out a space for intellectual leisure and is an excellent reason for unhurried conversation.
