The Flambè Royale Console is an example of the neoclassical style with a pronounced decorative character. The main ornament of the model is the shaped hand-made legs of clear Murano glass. They rest on a contrasting plinth of black lacquered glass.
The rectangular top is made of tempered extra-clear glass. The bevelled edge (facet) refracts light beautifully, emphasising the purity of the material and the visual lightness of the construction. The black lacquered plinth creates a stable visual base for the whole composition.
This piece is created for the formal areas of a house, where making a first impression matters. The console fits perfectly into the interior of a formal hall, an entrance hall or a living room, where a mirror in a strict frame, a painting or designer luminaires can be placed above it.
