Tortora
A living room · contemporary classicism
A double-height living room for a residence in the spirit of contemporary classicism. “Tortora” is a noble greige, warm bronze and precise strokes of jewel colour.
A double-height volume with a mezzanine and a staircase, tortora-coloured panelled walls, a sculptural chandelier of cascading crystal rings, a large abstract diptych in gold and blue, backlit bronze-and-glass vitrines. A cream sofa with velvet cushions in sapphire, olive and saffron, round tables of patinated bronze and marble, a bronze sculpture on a stone plinth, a polished marble floor. Restrained architectural luxury, where a neutral base comes alive with bronze, crystal and colour.
The double-height living room of the residence

The living room
A double-height volume at full height: a sculptural chandelier of cascading crystal rings descends to the centre of the room, a large abstract gold-and-blue diptych hangs on the tortora panelled wall, flanked by backlit bronze-and-glass vitrines. A cream sofa, bronze tables and a marble floor gather the scene.
The reverse view
From the reverse point the whole architecture of the volume reads: the mezzanine gallery with its staircase, the rhythm of the tortora panels and a soft seating group around the bronze tables — an intimate zone inside the grand double height.

Crystal, art, bronze
The luxury reads in the details: a sculptural chandelier of crystal rings, an abstract gold-and-blue diptych, round tables of patinated bronze and marble.

Dining, kitchen, bedroom, study
The living room is part of a single house: the dining room, the kitchen, the master bedroom and the study-library sound in the same greige-and-bronze palette of contemporary classicism.

The dining room
A dining group under its own lighting accent, tortora panels and bronze — a formal yet calm zone in the house’s single palette.
The kitchen
The kitchen in the same greige-and-bronze range: classic fronts, grey marble and warm metal — function assembled in a single tone with the living room.

Hall, staircase, mezzanine
The double-height volume holds the whole house: the hall with its staircase and the mezzanine gallery connect the floors, while a bronze sculpture sets an accent in the formal zone.

When the crystal lights up
In the evening the living room opens differently: the crystal-ring chandelier glows, bronze and greige warm, the jewel-toned velvet sounds deeper — restrained luxury becomes intimate and enveloping.
