Frameless glass corner

The panorama turns the corner — without a single post.

Design a frameless corner

A structural glass corner: two facades meet in glass alone, with no aluminium post at the join, so the view wraps around the room uninterrupted. Engineered and installed by the studio to stay strong and warm at the most exposed point of the house.

The corner is where a panoramic house usually gives itself away — a thick post standing right in the best view. Remove it, and the living room seems to hang in the garden with nothing holding the glass.

A glued structural corner carries the load through the glass and a hidden joint; where the two facades meet there is no aluminium mullion, only a fine line of sealant. It is a structural decision, not a trim — we calculate the joint and the glass so the corner is safe for decades.

The warm-aluminium contour around it keeps the most exposed point of the facade dry in a frost, so the drama costs nothing in comfort.

Why order it through the studio

01

The post that isn’t there

Removing the corner post is a structural decision, not a trim: we calculate the glued joint and the glass so the corner is safe for decades.

02

Studio price and own production

A direct contract with the partner’s workshop gives price, lead time and warm systems the open market will not offer.

03

One responsibility

The corner is engineered with the whole facade — one contractor answers for the glass, the join and the warmth.

Around the corner

A corner with no post — a view that does not break

A frameless glass corner is the detail that separates a panoramic house from a merely large-windowed one. Two facades meet in glass alone and the view wraps around the room uninterrupted — over a lounge, a dining area, a barbecue pavilion. We build the corner into the whole facade so it is engineered, warm and safe.
