Room sets Wood And Glass Bedroom
An FMF bedroom with a wall panel of warm walnut veneer behind the bed head and full-height glazing with timber slats on the facade of the house.
The bed head is set against a single panel of warm walnut veneer with a horizontal grain, continuing along the adjoining wall. The bed is dressed with a pale textured coverlet, complemented by a bench at the foot and an armchair with dark upholstery by the panoramic window.
One of the walls of the room is fully glazed and fitted with sliding wooden louvre slats from floor to ceiling, regulating light and privacy, while dark parquet in the same walnut as the panel unites the floor and the bed-head wall in a single palette of materials.

Studio noteWe find this solution suited to a bedroom with panoramic glazing, where a wooden panel behind the bed head offsets the abundance of glass and creates a warm, intimate background for rest.
