The Tau 40 Steel Backgammon games table combines the functions of an understated centrepiece for a living room with a board for table games. The model has a cylindrical metal base and a 40 mm wooden top. The surface is decorated with Marmoreflex glass printed for backgammon, available in three colour combinations. Two swivel trays for game accessories are hidden in the corners of the structure.
The base of the table can be made in various metal finishes, including bronze, brass, dark brass and titanium. The wooden part of the top is toned to match the metal base, giving the piece visual unity. The swivel elements allow game pieces to be stored neatly while keeping the clean lines of the design.
