Armchairs Sit
A sculptural armchair with a metal-finished back and a wooden base, by Pininfarina.
The Sit armchair, designed by Pininfarina for the factory Reflex, is an example of contemporary technological design. The model draws attention with the contrast between a solid, closed back in a metal finish and a soft seat. The armchair is designed for restrained and distinguished interiors.
The outside of the back is made in a finish resembling bronze, brass or titanium. The base is made of wood in a matt Nero Beluga lacquer, but versions in Canaletto walnut or in metal are also available. The model is produced without armrests, and with one or two armrests.
This armchair is ideal for creating accent areas in a living room or study. Thanks to the striking metal back, it is worth placing so that the piece can be seen from all sides, for example by a panoramic window or at the centre of a room.
