The Vela Poltroncina armchair, designed by Pininfarina, combines dynamic lines with a high level of comfort. The smooth curve of the body gives an ergonomic seat, while the decorative quilting on the inside of the back underlines the graphic quality and attention to detail typical of the Italian brand.
The frame of the armchair is made from a combination of resin and wood, which gives strength and lightness to the structure. The metal base is in a finish resembling bronze. The factory offers combined upholstery options: the outside may be made of category C leather or nubuck, and the inside of textiles of various categories.
The model is well suited to a dining area in a spacious dining room, or as a comfortable companion to a desk in a home study. In a living room, a pair of such armchairs can help organise a secluded conversation area by a fireplace or a panoramic window.
