Armchairs Gaia

A classic armchair in the French style in solid wood, with damask upholstery.

The Gaia armchair is a fine example of French classicism as read by Italian craftsmen. The solid wood frame is decorated with fine hand carving and decorative details. The back and the deep seat are upholstered in damask, the outlines of which are picked out with textile braid.

The model is made entirely by hand. Various upholstery options from the factory's catalogue are available to order, including premium fabrics and natural leather, which allows the armchair to be adapted to the particular colour scheme of an interior and to the individual requirements of a project.

The armchair is well suited to creating a cosy reading corner in a bedroom or to complement an upholstered group in a drawing room. Its timeless silhouette fits both strict classicism and lighter neoclassical spaces, adding comfort and completeness.

Studio noteWe would place it in a bedroom by the window or in a lady's study. It works well with light round tables and classical floor lamps.
