Empire table lamp: a porcelain base with garlands and gilding, up to 4 hours of cordless use.

The Empire lamp joins a classical form to modern function: a square porcelain base is decorated with relief garlands and 24-carat gold, and topped with a fabric shade. The lamp runs on a battery and charges through USB.

The base is handmade porcelain, made at the Villari factory in Italy, with the decoration applied and painted by hand in 24-carat gold; the LED light source gives up to four hours of cordless use.

Its compact size (30 cm high) suits a bedside table, a console or a writing desk, including places with no socket to hand or where a portable evening light is wanted.
