A designer armchair in natural manau rattan and woven cord, made for living rooms, terraces and semi-open spaces.
The Discovery armchair, from the Zanaboni Edizioni collection, is a versatile piece of furniture designed for use both indoors and outdoors. The frame is made of natural manau, a durable variety of rattan, woven with black cord of a technical spiral fibre that resists the elements.
The soft part consists of two generous cushions for the seat and back. For the indoor version the factory offers brown velvet upholstery, which creates a pleasing tactile contrast with the woven base. The client can choose the shape of the back cushion, round or a stricter square. The model is made in two specialised versions: for the home and for outdoors.
The armchair suits a spacious veranda, a covered terrace or a country living room with panoramic glazing. Its light but sturdy frame and the natural aesthetic of the materials help to blur the line between domestic comfort and the surrounding landscape.
