A spa complex · dark wellness luxe
A private spa complex for a residence in the spirit of dark wellness luxe. “Terme” means thermal baths — water, stone, wood and warm light gathered into a ritual of rest.
An indoor pool with turquoise water under a glossy mirror ceiling, rows of warm gold-lit fluted columns, bronze mashrabiya screens, natural stone and walnut. A full bathing circuit: hammam, Finnish sauna, Russian banya, a zone of showers and a plunge pool, a massage room, a spa bar, a gym and a relaxation lounge. Dramatic, intimate light, where luxury is silence, ritual and material.

The pool
Turquoise water reflects the glossy mirror ceiling, warm gold-lit fluted columns rise along the basin, and behind them bronze mashrabiya screens, natural stone and walnut. To the left a zone of loungers and bronze lanterns: the scene sets the ritual of rest from the first step.
The reverse view
From the opposite point the full length of the basin and the mirror ceiling that doubles the water’s light read at once: a dark volume gathered around water and the gold light of the columns.
Stone, walnut, bronze
The luxury reads in the details: bronze mashrabiya screens, natural stone and walnut, reflections in the water and the warm light of bronze lanterns.
Hammam, sauna, banya, showers
The heart of the spa is a full bathing circuit: a hammam with warm stone, a Finnish walnut sauna, a Russian banya and a shower zone with a plunge pool, tied together by a single dark material.

Warm stone, soft diffused light and silence — an Eastern steam room as a slow, enveloping ritual.
The Finnish sauna
Walnut, warm light and the laconic geometry of the benches — dry heat in a restrained, expensive shell.
Massage room, spa bar, gym
A spa is not only water and steam: the massage room, the spa bar and the gym complete the circuit of body care in the same dark wellness palette.
When the water glows in the dark
In the evening the spa opens differently: the turquoise water glows in the dark, the gold of the columns warms, the mirror ceiling doubles the light — the wellness luxe becomes utterly intimate and enveloping.
