Room sets Spiral Staircase Towards The Sky
A grand spiral staircase: white treads, dark marble with golden veining and a gilded balustrade.
The staircase winds in a smooth spiral through a tall space with panoramic windows. The treads are pale, while the risers and the plinth are clad in dark marble with golden veining. The balustrade is a twisting ribbon of light metal with gilding and slim vertical balusters, complemented by glass. The vestibule floor is laid in the same dark marble, with the walls and built-in cupboards kept in a light palette.
