The W064 bar cabinet by Zanaboni is an example of high decorative art. Its design intertwines craft tradition with a contemporary reading of classical forms. The main feature of the model is the highly complex artistic inlay on the facades, which makes the piece the central accent of the interior.
The polychrome marquetry pattern uses natural mother-of-pearl, mahogany, castello, Canaletto walnut, maple, bleached maple, Santos rosewood, elm root and palm veneer. Details in engraved Chinese lacquer contrast with the ground, and the base is made of engraved brass with a gold finish.
The cabinet is made for the principal rooms of the house: living rooms, dining rooms or home studies. It needs plenty of free space around it, so that the artistry of the handwork and the richness of the textures of rare woods are fully revealed.
