A coffee table with a handmade base of ribbed Murano glass and a faceted top.
The Torsades 40 coffee table strikes a balance between craft tradition and contemporary design. Its main decorative element is a sculptural base of ribbed Murano glass with a white sandblasted finish. The clear glass top, with a pronounced 45-degree facet, underlines the sculpture of the base and lets the light through.
The model is available in a round or elliptical configuration. The standard version uses white satin-finished Murano glass, which diffuses light softly and brings out the complex texture of the vertical ribs. The top is made of tempered glass of high clarity.
The table is intended for the formal areas of a living room. Because the materials let light through, it does not burden the space, and looks effective both against a rug with a busy pattern and on open parquet, creating light reflections.
