The W045 chest combines a strict classical form with intricate decorative finishing. The design of the model rests on the furniture-making traditions of the Brianza region. The visual rhythm of the front is built on the contrast of pale wood, graphic inlay and metal elements, which gives the piece a collectable value.
The chest is made with citronnier (lemonwood) veneer decorated with fine inlay of natural bone. The top is a single slab of marble, while the hardware and decorative details are in bronzed brass. All stages of working the materials and of assembly are carried out by hand using old techniques.
This piece of furniture is intended for the representative areas of the house: drawing rooms, dining rooms or spacious halls. The chest is self-sufficient, so it is best placed against a free wall, complemented by restrained table lamps or a painting, so as not to overload the interior with detail.
